On 30 December 2014, AB Amber Grid and Swedbank, AB concluded an agreement on up to EUR 113 million loan. The loan will be used for refinancing of AB Amber Grid existing financial debt and financing its activities.
The new column called “For the period of three months ended 30 September 2013 (unaudited)” was inserted into the profit (loss) statement, all the other figures remained the same.
On 5 November 2014 (Minutes No. 7), the Board of Directors of AB Amber Grid approved the prices for natural gas transmission services that will come into effect from 1 January 2015.

On 30 October 2014, the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy adopted a decision on the AB Amber Grid's adjusted natural gas transmission price caps, effective from 1 January 2015. By the aforesaid decision the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy also introduced an entry-exit pricing model, which was adopted in compliance with applicable EU legislation.
