On 11 July 2014, having received an ascent of the Board of Directors, AB Amber Grid (legal entity code 303090867, registered address Savanorių g. 28, LT-03116 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania) (hereinafter referred to as Amber Grid or the Company) signed contracts on contract works of the construction of gas pipeline Klaipėda-Kuršėnai (in the implementation of the project of enhancing capacities of gas pipeline Klaipėda-Kiemėnai) and the purchase of pipes necessary for the construction.
