The Republic of Lithuania Minister of Energy’s  Order No 1-255 as of 14 October 2014 “On Amending the Approval of the Description of the Natural Gas  Accounting Procedure” provides for the application of different standard conditions in the Natural Gas Transmission System and in the Natural Gas Distribution System:

  • The standard conditions provided for use in the Natural Gas Distribution System:  natural gas pressure 101.325 kPa, temperature 20°C, temperature for recording gross calorific value 20°C, and combustion temperature 25°C.
  • The standard conditions provided for use in the Natural Gas Transmission System : natural gas pressure 101.325 kPa, temperature 0°C, temperature for recording gross calorific value 0°C, and combustion temperature 25°C.

The conversion between the two sets of standard conditions shall be made in accordance with LST EN ISO 13443.
