The members of the governing bodies of AB Amber Grid started working in this capacity as from 25 June 2013, when  AB Amber Grid was registered with the Register of Legal Entities.

The members of AB Amber Grid’s governing bodies were paid the following amounts in remuneration and other payouts/ benefits related to the functions of the members of the governing bodies*:

• For the period spanning from the date of AB Amber Grid’s registration with the Register of Legal Entities to 31 December 2013: LTL 173.2 thousand;
• For the period spanning from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014: LTL 396.8 thousand;
• For the period spanning from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015: EUR 121.8 thousand;
• For the period spanning from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016: EUR 130.7 thousand;
• For the period spanning from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017: EUR 149.1 thousand;
• For the period spanning from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018: EUR 138.5 thousand;
• For the period spanning from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019: EUR 242.2 thousand.

Information on remuneration and other  payouts/ benefits related to the functions of the members of the governing bodies is updated by the AB Amber Grid on an annual basis after holding the AB Amber Grid’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

*The data covers the amounts calculated in respect of the Company’s CEO and the remuneration for the members of the board.
